The purpose of this course is to learn specific methods of CrossFit for adults 60+ years of age and older. Participants in LegendFit learn how to assess their bodies, train for wellness, mobility, competition, and CrossFit programs in general. They are able to complete CrossFit workouts tailored to their abilities and be part of the community that comes along with elite fitness.
The effects of aging, can be seen in the difference between sedentary aging, which leads to a myriad of negative life outcomes, and active aging, which can be associated with greater longevity and quality of life. We encourage our Legend members to embrace active aging and participate fully in the CrossFit community.
