Metcon (No Measure)

On a 50-minute clock, with no rest between:

15 minutes of handstand practice

(every three minutes complete 50 meters handstand walk, 20 shoulder touches or one minute handstand hold)

10 minutes of L-sit practice

(every 2 minutes complete 45 sec L-sit or hollow body hold)

5 minutes of double-unders

(EMOM of 25 double-unders or 50 single-unders)

20 minutes of stretching

(5 min shoulder stretches, 5 min scorpion/pigeon holds, 5 min rolling out legs, 5 min lacrosse ball)
